The stitch creates a matte relief that catches the light and ages with the piece. It does not crack, fade or peel in the wash.

Embroidered to order, in Europe. Allow 2 to 5 business days of production before shipping.

CANCELLING & CHANGES
Production starts as soon as payment goes through: we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed. If you made a mistake — size, colour, address, quantity — email us immediately at contact@moodlag.com with your order number. If the order can still be changed or cancelled before it goes into production, we will do our best to make that happen. Once production has started, it cannot be stopped.

SHIPPING
Worldwide. Cost and lead time are calculated at checkout based on destination — since every piece is made one at a time, shipping is not free.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed: the item comes back unworn, with its tags, return postage at your expense. A defect, an embroidery error or a damaged parcel: replacement or full refund at our expense — report it within 30 days, with photos, through our contact page. In most cases, nothing needs to be sent back.
