SHIPPING POLICY_

Every order is printed and made in Europe within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

After shipping: Europe 5 to 16 business days · rest of the world 5 to 20 business days, customs clearance not included. Production included, allow 7 to 21 business days in Europe and 7 to 25 elsewhere. These are the estimates published by our printer; Europe usually lands at the low end of the range.

Delivery charges depend on the destination and on the contents of the cart. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you confirm anything.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time. Each product family (t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts, bags, caps) is made in its own workshop: an order that mixes several ships in several separate parcels over a few days, at no extra cost. You then receive a tracking email for each parcel.

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply on delivery. They are payable by the recipient.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, with no reason required. Return postage is at your expense. For a faulty, damaged or non-conforming item, we cover everything and nothing needs to be sent back. See our return & refund policy.

If your parcel does not arrive, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date: beyond that, our printer no longer accepts the claim. Write to contact@moodlag.com and we will reprint or refund.
