Answers to the most common questions about MOODLAG_ orders, production and delivery.
Every piece is printed on demand: allow 2 to 5 business days of production, then 5 to 16 business days of delivery in Europe (5 to 20 elsewhere). That is 7 to 21 business days in total for Europe.
Delivery charges depend on your destination and are shown at checkout, before you confirm the order.
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. Each product family (t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts, bags, caps) is made in its own workshop: if your order mixes several, it arrives in several separate parcels over a few days — at no extra cost — and you get a tracking email for each parcel.
A detailed size guide (measurements in cm) is available on each garment page. Our cuts are straight, slightly oversized: take your usual size. Caps come in one size, with an adjustable band.
We produce nothing in advance: your piece is made once you order it. Zero dead stock, zero overproduction. That is our way of consuming better.
High-resolution DTFlex printing: intense colours, soft feel, wash-resistant. Some pieces — hoodie and caps — are embroidered rather than printed.
Bank cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), through a fully secure payment flow.
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, with no reason required. Return postage is at your expense. If the item is faulty or non-conforming, however, we refund it or remake it in full — and you do not even have to send anything back. See our return and refund policy.
