We collect the data needed to process your order: name, email address, delivery address and payment details (handled by our secure provider).

This data is used to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Processing is based on performance of the sales contract, your consent (newsletter) and our legal obligations (GDPR, art. 6).

We keep your data only for as long as needed:

• Orders and invoices — 10 years after the accounting year ends (French Commercial Code, art. L123-22).
• Customer account — 3 years after your last contact (order, login, message).
• Email subscription — 3 years after your last contact; unsubscribe at any time.
• Customer service — while we handle your request, then 3 years.
• Cookies — 13 months (consent), 25 months (audience measurement).
• Payment details — never stored, handled by our payment provider.

After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers strictly required: payment, shipping and on-demand production.

Some of our providers (hosting, payment, on-demand production) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
