01PRODUCTS

Products are described and shown as accurately as possible. They are made to order (print on demand). Photographs are as faithful as we can make them, but perfect similarity cannot be guaranteed, particularly for colours.

02PRICES

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code — the seller benefits from the VAT exemption scheme. Any delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed.

03ORDERS

An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent.

04PAYMENT

Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout (bank card, digital wallets). All transactions are secure.

05DELIVERY

Delivery terms, times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy.

06RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no reason required. Return postage is at the customer's expense, except for a faulty, damaged or non-conforming item, in which case we cover it in full. The details are in our Return and refund policy.

07LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These guarantees apply independently of the right of withdrawal.

08COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION

For any complaint, write to contact@moodlag.com. Should a dispute remain unresolved, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, under article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code. The competent mediator is CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net. Cases are filed online at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.

09GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to the consumer in their country of residence.
