Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made on the MOODLAG_ website. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

1. Products

Products are described and shown as accurately as possible. They are made to order (print on demand). Photographs are as faithful as we can make them, but perfect similarity cannot be guaranteed, particularly for colours.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code — the seller benefits from the VAT exemption scheme. Any delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent.

4. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout (bank card, digital wallets). All transactions are secure.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no reason required. Return postage is at the customer's expense, except for a faulty, damaged or non-conforming item, in which case we cover it in full and nothing needs to be sent back. 7. Legal guarantees

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in our Privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. For a cross-border dispute within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre France may also be contacted. The competent mediator is CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net.
